Book for Dordogne Holiday

To book your holiday in the Dordogne, simply follow the steps below:

1. Check availability and then email or call us to confirm your booking. Note: All bookings are on a Saturday to Saturday basis.

2. We will then double check availability confirm back to you.

3. You will then need to complete and sign our Booking Form and email or fax it to us and make a direct bank transfer of the 25% holding deposit and refundable security deposit of £100. Please click HERE for the booking form which can be printed off and completed before being returned to us. The deposit is used to both guarantee your booking and as a security deposit; the security deposit element of it will be refunded to you within two weeks of your stay.

Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking including the security deposit.

4. All payments should be made by direct bank transfer – our account details are listed on the booking form.

5. Balance of payment is due not less than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to arrival at the property.
