Rocamadour
Like Mont-St-Michel in Brittany, Rocamadour is a fantastic, extraordinary, and breathtaking place!
Naturally, it becomes very crowded in the summer and only the cars of guests in the village hotels are allowed in the village itself. In July and August, the nearer car parks outside the gates fill up fast, so try to get there early or park at the nearby town of L’Hospitalet (best views of the town and the perfect place from which to take pictures) and then walk or take the lifts into town.
